Where is my data stored?
Notes, moments, photos, and dates stay on this device and are not uploaded to our servers. Back up your iPhone before uninstalling or clearing cache.
Reminders are not arriving.
Enable notifications for Lovelit in iPhone Settings → Notifications, then turn the reminder on in the app. Local reminders require system permission.
I cannot add a photo.
Allow Lovelit to access Photos in Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos. Images are saved only in the app sandbox for moments.
How do I change the language?
Go to Me → Settings → Language and choose Simplified Chinese or English. The interface updates immediately.
What do Face ID and background blur do?
Face ID unlocks the app on this device. Background blur hides private notes in the app switcher. Biometrics never leave iOS.
How do I save a moment?
Add a moment from Home or the Love Calendar. Fill in a title, mood, optional place, and photo, then save. Favorite or copy quotes in the Library, and track date-night checklists in Plans.
How do I delete my data?
Delete individual entries in the app, or use Privacy & Security → Clear Local Cache. Uninstalling also removes sandbox files. Email us if you want feedback you sent by mail removed.
