本《用户协议》（以下简称「本协议」）是您与 ChoreoAI（以下简称「我们」或「本应用」）之间就下载、安装、使用本应用所订立的法律协议。您开始使用本应用，即视为已阅读、理解并同意接受本协议全部条款。若您不同意，请立即停止使用并卸载本应用。
2. 服务说明
ChoreoAI 是一款面向舞蹈学习与练习的移动应用，可能提供包括但不限于：
- 舞蹈教程发现与课程详情浏览；
- 教学视频播放与参考练习；
- AI 动作捕捉、姿态追踪与练习反馈（演示/辅助性质）；
- 训练日程、打卡、成就与个人统计等功能。
我们可能持续优化、变更、暂停或终止部分功能，并通过应用更新或页面说明进行告知。
3. 账户与使用资格
当前版本可能以本地昵称与偏好的形式提供个性化体验，未必要求强制注册。您应保证所填写信息真实、合法，并妥善保管设备。您须具备完全民事行为能力；未成年人应在监护人同意与指导下使用。
4. 用户行为规范
您承诺不得利用本应用从事以下行为：
- 违反法律法规、公序良俗或侵犯他人合法权益；
- 干扰、破坏本应用或相关服务器、网络的正常运行；
- 对本应用进行反向工程、破解、篡改，或绕过安全与权限机制（法律强制允许的除外）；
- 传播病毒、恶意代码，或进行欺诈、骚扰等不当行为；
- 未经授权抓取、复制、传播本应用内受保护的内容。
5. 知识产权
本应用的界面设计、商标、文案、软件代码、教程编排、品牌标识（含 ChoreoAI 名称与相关视觉）等，除另有说明或属于第三方权利外，其知识产权归我们或相应权利人所有。未经书面许可，您不得擅自使用、复制、修改、传播或用于商业目的。
您通过反馈渠道提交的建议，在不侵犯您既有权利的前提下，我们可在产品改进中合理使用，且无需另行支付费用（法律法规另有规定除外）。
6. AI 功能特别声明
- AI 姿态识别与纠错结果仅供学习参考，不构成专业医疗、康复或竞技指导意见；
- 识别精度受光线、穿着、镜头角度、设备性能等因素影响，可能存在误差；
- 练习前请确保场地安全，量力而行；如有身体不适，请立即停止并咨询专业人士；
- 使用相机功能时，请注意周围环境与他人隐私。
7. 第三方内容与服务
本应用可能包含第三方提供的视频、图片、链接或服务。该等内容由第三方负责，我们不对其准确性、合法性或可用性作保证。您使用第三方服务时，应遵守其条款与政策。
8. 免责声明
在法律允许的最大范围内：
- 本应用按「现状」和「可用」基础提供，我们不对不间断、无错误、满足特定目的作明示或默示保证；
- 因网络故障、设备兼容、不可抗力、第三方原因或您自身操作导致的服务中断、数据丢失或练习损伤，我们在合法范围内免责；
- 我们对间接、附带、惩罚性损害的赔偿责任，以适用法律允许的范围为限。
9. 服务变更、中断与终止
我们有权基于运营、安全或合规需要，变更、中断或终止全部或部分服务。您可随时停止使用并卸载本应用。若您严重违反本协议，我们有权限制或终止向您提供服务。
10. 隐私保护
我们如何处理相关信息，详见 《隐私政策》。隐私政策为本协议的重要组成部分。
11. 适用法律与争议解决
本协议的订立、效力、解释与争议解决，优先适用您所在地或其他依法应当适用的法律法规。协商不成的，任何一方可向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼（或按适用法律约定的其他争议解决方式处理）。
12. 协议更新
我们可能修订本协议。更新版本将在本页面发布并注明生效日期。若您在更新后继续使用本应用，视为接受修订后的协议。

1. Acceptance
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and ChoreoAI (“we”, “us”, or “the App”) regarding downloading, installing, and using the App. By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms. If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the App immediately.
2. Service Description
ChoreoAI is a mobile app for dance learning and practice, and may provide features including but not limited to:
- Discovering tutorials and viewing course details;
- Playing instructional videos and reference practice;
- AI motion capture, pose tracking, and practice feedback (demonstrative/assistive);
- Training schedules, check-ins, achievements, and personal stats.
We may optimize, change, suspend, or discontinue features, and will communicate material updates via app updates or notices.
3. Eligibility and Account
The current version may personalize experience via a local nickname and preferences without mandatory registration. You must provide lawful information and keep your device secure. You should have full legal capacity; minors must use the App with guardian consent and guidance.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate laws, public order, or others’ rights;
- Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks;
- Reverse engineer, crack, modify, or bypass security/permission mechanisms except where mandatory law allows;
- Distribute malware or engage in fraud, harassment, or similar misconduct;
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute protected content without authorization.
5. Intellectual Property
UI design, trademarks, copy, software, tutorial arrangements, and brand assets (including the ChoreoAI name and related visuals) are owned by us or respective rights holders unless otherwise stated. You may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without written permission.
Feedback you submit may be used reasonably for product improvement without additional compensation, without affecting your pre-existing rights, except where law requires otherwise.
6. AI Feature Disclaimer
- AI pose recognition and correction are for learning reference only and are not medical, rehabilitation, or competitive advice;
- Accuracy may vary with lighting, clothing, camera angle, and device performance;
- Ensure a safe practice space and stop if you feel unwell; consult professionals when needed;
- Respect others’ privacy when using the camera.
7. Third-Party Content and Services
The App may include third-party videos, images, links, or services. Those providers are responsible for their content. We do not warrant their accuracy, legality, or availability. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or fit-for-purpose operation;
- We are not liable, to the extent permitted, for interruptions, data loss, or practice-related injury caused by network issues, device incompatibility, force majeure, third parties, or your own actions;
- Liability for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages is limited as allowed by applicable law.
9. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the service for operational, security, or compliance reasons. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially breach this Agreement.
10. Privacy
How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an important part of this Agreement.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to your location or otherwise required by law. If negotiation fails, either party may seek resolution before a court of competent jurisdiction (or another method required by applicable law).
12. Updates to This Agreement
We may revise this Agreement. Updated versions will be posted on this page with an effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
