Morph ("the App", "we", "us") is an AI-powered photo transformation application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use Morph on iOS.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect or process the following types of information:
- Photos and camera content — images you select from your photo library or capture with the camera to perform face-swap and AI transformation features.
- Device identifiers — a persistent device ID stored locally in the Keychain and sent to our servers for app configuration, login, and service delivery.
- App usage and configuration data — app version, channel, language, feature settings, coin balance, gallery items, favorites, and similar preferences stored on your device.
- Purchase information — product identifiers, transaction IDs, and purchase timestamps related to in-app coin purchases processed by Apple.
- Attribution and analytics data — installation source, campaign attribution, and related metadata collected through AppsFlyer and similar analytics partners.
- Push notification token — if you allow notifications, your Apple Push Notification service (APNs) device token may be collected to deliver service-related messages.
- Diagnostic and log data — crash reports, performance data, and technical logs needed to maintain and improve the App.
2. Face Data
Morph does not collect standalone biometric identifiers (such as Face ID templates or facial recognition profiles used to identify you). When you use AI transformation features, we process photos you voluntarily provide that may contain your face.
What counts as face data in Morph
- Photos you select or capture that may include facial imagery;
- Transient on-device face-region coordinates generated by Apple Vision during image editing (not saved as separate records).
Face data we do not retain
- We do not create, store, or use Face ID templates, facial recognition profiles, or other biometric identification data;
- We do not store on-device face bounding boxes or landmarks as separate face data after processing finishes;
- We do not retain face data indefinitely on our servers for identification, advertising, or building facial recognition databases.
When we store face-containing photos and why
- On your device (in-app gallery) — if you complete a transformation, the App may save your source photo and generated result locally so you can view, compare, share, or delete them. We store this only because you chose to keep the content in the App and to provide gallery functionality.
- On our cloud AI provider's servers — if you consent and submit a photo for cloud AI processing, the photo (which may include your face) is transmitted to Glamvid AI solely to generate the output you requested.
How long face data is stored and why this period
- Transient on-device face detection — not retained; discarded immediately after the editing operation completes.
- On-device gallery photos — retained until you delete the item from your in-app gallery or uninstall the App. This period exists because you control saved content on your device.
- Server-side photos submitted for AI processing — retained by Glamvid AI for up to 72 hours after the transformation job completes, then deleted from production systems, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to investigate a specific support or abuse report you initiated. This limited period is necessary to deliver the result, allow short-term retry/recovery of failed jobs, and support troubleshooting — not indefinite storage.
Third parties we share face data with
We share face-containing photos only with Glamvid AI (api.glamvid.xin, res.glamvid.xin, glamvid.xin), and only after your explicit in-app consent, solely to generate the AI photo transformation you request.
We do not share face data with AppsFlyer, Apple (beyond standard iOS photo/camera permissions you control), or other partners for advertising or identity purposes.
Why we share face data with Glamvid AI
Cloud AI processing is required to perform certain AI transformations you request. Glamvid AI receives only the photo and processing metadata needed to return the generated image.
Whether Glamvid AI stores face data
- Does Glamvid AI store face data? Yes, temporarily. Submitted photos are stored on Glamvid AI servers only while performing the requested processing.
- Why Glamvid AI stores it — to execute the AI transformation, return the result to the App, and support short-term job retry or failure recovery.
- How long Glamvid AI stores it — up to 72 hours after job completion, then deleted from production systems, unless law requires longer retention.
- Why this length of time — long enough to complete delivery and limited operational needs, but not kept indefinitely.
- Glamvid AI privacy practices — Glamvid AI is required to process submitted photos only to provide Morph functionality, apply reasonable security measures, and not use photos for unrelated advertising or biometric identification databases.
Before any photo is transmitted to Glamvid AI, the App asks for your explicit in-app consent and explains what data is sent and who receives it.
3. Third-Party AI Services
To provide AI photo transformations, Morph may send user-submitted photos (which may include face data as described in Section 2) and related processing metadata to Glamvid AI. See Section 2 for face data retention, sharing reasons, and Glamvid AI storage practices.
- Provider — Glamvid AI (api.glamvid.xin, res.glamvid.xin, glamvid.xin);
- Data sent — photos you submit (which may include your face), template identifiers, and quality settings;
- Purpose — generate the transformation you requested;
- Consent — transmission occurs only after your explicit in-app permission.
You may withdraw consent for AI data sharing at any time in the App's Settings → Privacy section. After withdrawal, the App will ask for permission again before sending photos to the AI provider.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide core App features, including AI transformations, template browsing, drawing, and gallery management;
- Deliver in-app purchases and credit coin balances;
- Determine app configuration and feature availability;
- Authenticate devices, prevent abuse, and maintain service security;
- Send push notifications you have authorized;
- Measure marketing effectiveness and improve product performance;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
5. Photos, Camera, and Photo Library
Morph requests access to your camera and photo library only when you choose to provide images for transformation or save generated results. Images you submit for processing may be transmitted to our servers or third-party AI service providers solely to generate the requested output. We do not use your photos for advertising profiling unrelated to App functionality.
You can revoke camera or photo library access at any time in iOS Settings. Without these permissions, related features may not work.
6. Local Storage
The App stores certain data locally on your device, including coin balance, gallery items, language and appearance preferences, device identifiers in the Keychain, and cached configuration. Uninstalling the App removes most on-device data, although Keychain entries may persist until explicitly cleared by the system.
7. In-App Purchases
Coin purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details. We receive only the information necessary to validate purchases and deliver virtual coins, such as product ID and transaction identifiers.
8. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Apple — App Store, StoreKit, push notifications, and device platform services;
- AppsFlyer — attribution and analytics;
- Cloud and AI service providers — image processing and API hosting on domains such as glamvid.xin and related subdomains.
These partners process data according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies where applicable.
9. Online Services
Some features may connect to online services operated by us or our partners. Those services may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies governed by their own policies. Service requests may include device and channel parameters needed for delivery.
10. Push Notifications
If you enable notifications, we may send service announcements, account-related messages, or promotional content. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings.
11. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:
- With service providers that help us operate the App;
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request;
- To protect the rights, safety, and security of users, us, or others;
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.
12. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
13. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Your Choices
- Manage camera, photo library, and notification permissions in iOS Settings;

15. Children's Privacy
Morph is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
16. International Users
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our servers or service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to such processing subject to applicable law.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Material changes may be communicated through the App or other reasonable means. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
